A supportive blend of 100% pure Orange, Lavender, Geranium, Cypress, Jasmine & Rose essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the relief of symptoms associated with PMT & menopause including mild mood swings & hot flushes; relief of menstrual cramps, mild anxiety symptoms, fatigue & sleeplessness.

How to use this product:

Apply small amounts as required up to 6 times per day to the abdomen, chest and back, or to wrist and inhale.
